Meeting of the Steering Committee of the Project “Human Resources Management Reform in Civil Service of Ukraine” took place on the 26th May 2011 in the office of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine. During the meeting the results of fiscal year 2011 were summarized and the working plan for the HRM-Project for April 2011 - March 2012 was approved.
Representatives of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine, Department of Technical Cooperation of Canadian Embassy in Ukraine, the Canadian Bureau for International Education, School of Senior Civil Service and the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the European Union Standards participated in the meeting of the Steering Committee, chaired by the Head of the Main Department for Civil Service of Ukraine Timofiy Motrenko and the Head of Technical Cooperation of Canadian Embassy in Ukraine Kati Csaba.
The results of activities and main achievements of the HRM-Project during April - March 2010-2011were discussed during the meeting. Also, the MDCSU’s vision of project results was presented and the Annual Plan of Project Realization for April 2011 - March 2012 was reviewed and approved.
From the Ukrainian side the meeting of Steering Committee of the HRM-Project was attended by Deputy Head of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine Andriy Vishnevsky, Director of the School for Senior Civil Service Oleksandr Saenko, Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the European Union standards Irina Protchenko and the Chief Specialist of the International Development Projects and European Integration of the Department for Civil Service Modernization Vladyslav Lutz. From the Canadian side and from the HRM-Project the meeting was attended by the First Secretary of the Canadian Embassy in Ukraine Guillaume Lyehro, Project Director Larissa Bezo, Project Manager in Ukraine Andriy Bega, Deputy Project Manager Oksana Kikot’ and Chief Technical Advisor Sylvia Pollack.
