On the May 25, 26 and June 1, 2010 at the School of Senior Civil Service, the training "Strategic Leadership in Human Resources Management" was conducted for members of the Human Resources Council. The training was headed by Chief Technical Advisor Project, Sylvia Pollack.
Trainings are organized for members of the Human Resources Council of central executive bodies and representatives of personnel services at local level. Particularly, the representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, State Service of Export Control, the Supervisory Control of the National Space Agency, the State Road Service , State Committee for Television and Radio, State Department of Prisons, the National Agency for Foreign Investment and Development, the State Agency for Investment and Innovation, the State Fisheries Committee, State Customs Service, State Committee for Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy, the State Court Administration, National Electricity Regulatory Commission, the State Committee on Archives and the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Kyiv City Council, Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, Kiev regional state administration of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, Kirovohrad regional state administration, Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration, Lviv Regional State Administration, Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Ternopil Regional State Administration, Chernivtsi Regional State Administration.
During the training the following issues were discussed:
· Strategic leadership in managing human resources: self-assessment, theory and instruments;
· From senior human resources manager– to a strategic leader in human resources management: incentives, risks, approaches;
· Support for the change: approaches and tools.
