On the June 1, 2010, Ivanna Ibragimova, Project expert, presented Profile of Leadership Competencies for the participants of the training "Strategic Leadership in Human Resources Management”.

Within the frames of presentation Ivanna Ibragimova emphasized the importance of Leadership Competencies, presented the process of developing profiles, their structure and basic groups of competencies. After that, the trainees had an opportunity to discuss the definition of major groups of competencies, competencies of senior civil servants according to levels of leadership, as well as the possibility of using profiles for seniors at the local level.

The representatives of the HR-council of central executive bodies and representatives of HR services of local authorities, including the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, the Council of Ministers of Crimea, Kyiv city council, Lviv regional state administration, Mykolayiv Regional Administration and Ternopil Administration.
