An experience-sharing seminar dedicated to the discussion of practices and lessons of international negotiations took place for the students of Leadership Development Program on June 3, 2011. Andriy Veselovsky, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine, Ambassador at Large of the Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine hosted the event, which took place as a part of training sessions dedicated to the art of negotiation within the Leadership Development Program 2011.

training session entitled “The Art of Negotiation” has started for the Group 1 in the School for Senior Civil Service of Ukraine. The session is the part of the module “Leadership and Effective Communication” and is conducted in the framework of the Leadership Development Program: the Administrative Reform 2001 with the support of the HRM-Project.

Ivanna Ibragimova took part in the 19^th Annual NISPAcee Conference (Network of Iinstitutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe). Due to the support of the HRM-Project, some representatives of the Main Department for Civil Service of Ukraine also had the possibility to attend the conference. Namely, the list of participants included Sergiy Bondarenko, Head of the organizational and analytical provision of the HR Department (Press Secretary) and Maxim Subota, Chief specialist of policy coordination and monitoring activities in the regions of the Department of Civil Service Modernization.
